Delivery destinations and cost

We ship to destinations supported by the store’s checkout. Available services and charges are shown before payment. If checkout does not offer a shipping method for your address, contact us before ordering.

Preparation and delivery estimates

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation and any necessary verification. Processing time is separate from carrier transit. Refer to the fulfillment and delivery estimates displayed for your order; if no estimate is available and timing matters, contact us before purchase. Estimated dates may be affected by carrier disruption, customs, holidays or weather and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

Packaging and separate parcels

Garden products differ in shape, weight and fragility. Ceramic planters, long trellis components and tool sets may require different packaging or separate parcels. Fulfillment location may differ from our business address. Contents are limited to what the product listing states.

Tracking

When available, tracking details are sent to the email supplied at checkout. The first carrier scan may appear after a label is created. If tracking remains inactive or a parcel is unusually delayed, contact us with your order number.

Address accuracy and changes

Review your delivery address, unit number, postal code and contact details before ordering. Request corrections promptly. We cannot guarantee a change once fulfillment has progressed. Any proposed reshipping cost caused by incorrect customer-provided details will be explained before arranging a new shipment.

Lost or missing deliveries

If a parcel appears lost or is marked delivered but missing, check the delivery area, household members and reception where appropriate, then contact us. We review the tracking and circumstances and arrange a suitable remedy where required. A carrier delivery scan does not automatically end our review.

Damage, breakage or missing pieces

Inspect the parcel carefully, especially for ceramic breakage or exposed tool edges. Stop using a damaged item and keep the packaging while contacting us with photographs and the order number. Confirmed supply errors or transit damage attributable to our supply will be addressed through an appropriate replacement, refund or other agreed remedy without charging you for our error.

Customs and import charges

Charges included at checkout will be identified there. Other government, customs or carrier charges may be payable by the recipient unless otherwise stated. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
