Available payment methods
Payment methods available for your location and order are displayed at checkout. Only methods shown there should be treated as supported. We do not request payment to a personal account through unsolicited messages.
Currency and final total
Check the checkout currency, product prices, shipping costs, taxes and applied discounts before submitting payment. Your payment provider may charge currency conversion or other fees under its own terms. Destination charges not included at checkout may also apply as explained in the Shipping Policy.
Secure payment handling
Payments are processed by the providers offered through checkout. We may request necessary order verification to prevent unauthorized transactions. Never email full payment card details, security codes or account passwords. Contact your payment provider immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Pending or unsuccessful transactions
A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed order. Check your email and payment account before trying again. If you see a charge without an order confirmation, contact us with the amount, transaction date and checkout email, without sending full card information.
Refunds
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where possible. The time required for a bank or payment provider to post a refund can vary. Our Return & Refund Policy explains approval and handling; we do not charge a separate fee to release an approved refund.
